Truffle's is our Mascot for Creme de la Cookie and Toni Rivard stores. We had a contest to name her, and Truffles was the winning name. I think it suits her, don't you?

- I am a baker, about to open up a cookie/cupcake/brownie/whoopie pie store in Snider Plaza. This is a trendy little area right across from Southern Methodist University in the Highland Park area of Dallas, Texas. I won't open until June, and in the meantime, I'm busy planning, purchasing equipment, developing recipes, etc. My life is consumed with sugar!
