When someone asked me recently what I dream about...I had to think about it. It didn't take me long to come up with an answer. Cupcakes! Weird, I know, but it's true. I am so crazy for cupcakes, that they take over my thoughts... day and night. It's true, that I bake for a living, so it's not ALL that unusual, but.... cupcake dreams? Last night I had a dream that I was baking a large project of red velvet cupcakes, and forgot to put in the red food coloring. OMG - I had white, red velvet cupcakes coming out of the oven! Now... if you knew me, you'd know that wasn't that shocking of a dream. I've made peanut butter cookies, and forgot the peanut butter before. Hmmm..... maybe I'm lacking sugar in my system, or maybe I just need to go eat another cupcake.
These are the best cupcakes and desserts hands down. I've had them at my 40th birthday party and at my best friend's wedding shower and EVERYONE raves all about how delicious Toni's products are, especially the Screaming O's. If you love a good lemon bar - you have to try them.
